Biological activity:

Foretinib is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of HGFR and VEGFR. It has the strongest effect on Met and KDR. The IC50 is 0.4nM and 0.9nM respectively. It is effective against Ron, Flt-1/3/4, Kit, PDGFRα/ β and Tie-2 are slightly less effective and have almost no inhibitory activity on FGFR1 and EGFR. Phase2.
